Advertise
NutsGrowth is for people choosing their next tool — they arrive on a listing, a comparison or an alternatives page, mid-decision. Placements are text-first, clearly labelled, and never involve running your code on this site.
Placements
Spotlight band
A labelled band of 10 cards, five across, at the foot of the pages people spend the longest on: the front page, every tool page, the registry, the prompt library and each prompt, the hacks and each hack, the job board and each role, the leaderboard, /compare and /stack — the largest placement on the site.

10 advertisers share it and every sold card is the same size — nobody outbids anybody for position. Its place on the front page is set by whoever runs the site; on a tool page it sits below the reviews. An unsold band shows a single“Advertise here” card across the row, and once a slot sells, every empty slot shows one.
Header
A single labelled line inside the sticky header, site-wide.

One advertiser at a time, no rotation. Stays visible as the reader scrolls.
Tool and post pages
Up to 4 slots on one tool page: one pinned in the rail beside everything, two lower down beside the reviews, and one inside the review feed itself. The same inventory also runs two slots in the rail of every post page.

The highest-intent surface on the site: the reader is already comparing one specific product, and the reviews are the longest thing they read.
Index rail
The right-hand rail of every list on the site: the registry, the prompt browser, the hacks, the job board, the leaderboards, and the category, country, tag, collection, alternatives and audience pages — including the index of each.

Up to 3 slots stack here. Reaches people browsing a whole segment.
Left margin rail
5 cards fixed in the left page margin of every page that carries advertising at all, held in place as the reader scrolls.

Only rendered at 1440px and wider. A fixed rail is honest only where there is genuinely empty margin to put it in, so on a narrower screen it is not squeezed into the text — it is not there at all. This is the one part of the buy a phone reader never sees.
Right margin rail
5 cards fixed in the right page margin, same pages and same behaviour as the left.

Same 1440px floor as the left rail. On a tool page it sits outside the page's own rail, so the right edge carries both.
What it costs
Fixed prices, two billing periods, no negotiation and no auction. You book a placement for a number of days and that is the whole arrangement — nothing is priced per impression, so a quiet month costs you the same as a busy one and neither of us has an incentive to argue about traffic.
| Billing period | Price |
|---|---|
| One monthrenewed every 30 days until you cancel | $200 |
| One yearrenewed every 365 days until you cancel | $2,000 |
One placement, 28 slots across the site
- Spotlight band — 10 cards in a band at the foot of the longest pages
- Header — site-wide, one advertiser
- Tool and post pages — up to 4 per tool page, 2 per post page
- Index rail — up to 3 stack
- Left margin rail — 5 in the left margin, fixed while you scroll, at 1440px and wider
- Right margin rail — 5 in the right margin, fixed while you scroll, at 1440px and wider
You are not buying one of these. Paying once makes your advert eligible in all of them, and where more advertisers are running than a location has slots, they share it.
Ex VAT, invoiced in US dollars. The term starts the day the placement goes live, not the day you book it.
What you can see
Impressions, clicks and click-through rate for each of your placements, by day, in your own admin — no report to request and nobody to email.
An impression means it was on screen
Counted when at least half the card has actually been in the viewport — not when the page was served. A card in a rail nobody scrolled to is not an impression, and we would rather report a smaller honest number than a larger meaningless one.
A click is counted on the server
Your button goes through a redirect on this domain, so a middle-click, a long-press and a reader with scripting off all count. Your own URL and its parameters arrive unchanged.
Nothing about the reader is recorded
The measurement stores two integers per placement per day. No cookie is set, no identifier is issued, no address or user agent is kept, and there is no third-party script on this site to do it for us. A directory that asks to be believed has no business tracking its readers.
The rules
- Every page of this directory's own content carries advertising. A tool page carries the header line, one card pinned in the rail, up to two further rail cards beside the reviews, one slot inside the review feed, a band of 10 below them, and 5 in each margin at 1440px and wider. A post page carries the header line and two rail cards. A list — the registry, the prompt browser, the hacks, the job board, a leaderboard, or an index of categories, countries, tags, collections, alternatives or audiences — carries the header line, up to 3 cards in its own rail, the margins, and on the longest of them a band as well. The pages that exist to take somebody's details carry the header line and nothing else: the legal pages, signing up, submitting a tool, correcting a price, reporting something, a person's profile, and this page. Nothing is ever inserted between the rows of a directory listing.
- A headline, one line of body, a square logo and your own button label, and 25 words across the headline and body — the narrowest slot is a 120px margin card, so longer copy is copy nobody reads. No third-party script, no tracking pixel, no iframe: the site ships no advertiser JavaScript at all.
- Every placement carries a visible “Ad” badge, is announced as “Sponsored” to screen readers, and its links carry rel="sponsored nofollow": a placement buys readers, not ranking credit.
- An admin reviews each slot before it goes live, and can pull it at any time.

Advertisers get an account that can create and edit their own placements — and nothing else. Listing content stays with the products' own teams.
