Hyrax

Hyrax is an autonomous code review and fixing platform: it audits a GitHub repository, opens pull requests that fix what it finds, and publishes what it learned back into the repo so AI coding tools stop guessing. Connect a repository once and it maps the system on the first run — architecture, dependencies, conventions and constraints (for a storefront app, say: 412 routes across 1,847 modules, Next.js App Router with Postgres via Drizzle, three dependency layering violations, money handled as integer cents, and the checkout directory inside PCI DSS scope).

Six agent groups — security, correctness, maintainability, performance, architecture and operations — then evaluate every file alongside a deterministic scanner, and rank each finding P0 to P3 with its file and line. Turning a finding into a fix runs the change in an isolated worktree: baseline the repo, make the change, run your tests and your build, re-check the result, and only then open a pull request written in your team's own conventions. Waste is avoided by design — a required check that fails stops the work and the improvement never becomes a PR. Hyrax reviews every incoming pull request too, blocks merges on must-fix findings, closes the ticket when the fix merges, and turns accepted fixes into scanner patterns so the next audit is sharper. It never merges on its own.

What it leaves behind is the part teams keep: HYRAX.md plus a .hyrax/discovery bundle — architecture, patterns with occurrence counts, required environment variables and a Definition of Done — written into the repository for human and AI contributors alike, so Claude Code, Cursor and Copilot read the real conventions instead of inferring them. It is a hosted service with no CLI to install; the company is a Miami LLC; all inference runs in Hyrax's own AWS Bedrock account and customer code is never used for training. Free runs the full product with 100 PR reviews a month and a $30 starter credit; paid is $30 per user per month with the same product and more credits, overage opt-in behind budget caps you set.
