Webnode is a hosted website builder aimed at small businesses and owners without technical staff. A short description of the business is turned into a draft site by an AI builder, then edited in a drag-and-drop editor that needs no code, from a phone, tablet or laptop. More than 150 templates are available, and hosting, a domain, SSL, mailboxes and the editor come as one subscription. The same platform covers business sites, personal sites, blogs and online stores.
Launched in 2008, Webnode reports over 50 million websites created with it, a 4.5 average rating across more than 1,000 Trustpilot reviews, and 82% of sites going live on their first day. A free plan keeps unlimited pages on a webnode.page subdomain indefinitely; paid plans run from $4.50 to $22.90 a month with an annual-billing discount, include a domain for the first year from the Mini tier upward, and carry a 15-day refund window on a first order. A site can be published in several languages from one admin, with two language versions on Standard and unlimited on the top plan. Bookings and appointments, invoices, membership areas, multi-currency checkout through PayPal, Klarna and Stripe, and shipment tracking are built in.
Webnode AG is registered in Zurich, Switzerland, with development and operations in Brno, Czech Republic, and a team of more than 100 people. Customer support is run in-house and organised by language region, covering Czech, Slovak, German, Dutch, Nordic, Iberian, Italian, French, Greek, Hungarian, Polish and Japanese speaking customers. It is sold only as a hosted service.
