CleverReach is a German email marketing platform for building and sending newsletters and automated campaigns. Newsletters are assembled in a browser-based drag-and-drop editor with responsive templates and an AI text generator for subject lines and copy, then sent from CleverReach's own infrastructure. Recipient lists are managed in the same account through sign-up forms, profile handling, tags and segmentation, and reporting covers delivery, open and click rates, bounces and unsubscribes.

Automation runs through a visual workflow editor: multi-level campaigns triggered by recipient behaviour, with ready-made templates for common cases such as welcome series, abandoned carts and reactivation. A/B testing and spam and accessibility checks are part of the sending setup. The company says more than 400,000 customers use the tool, and cites independent EmailToolTester deliverability tests in which over 90% of newsletters reached the inbox on average across the last five rounds, against an industry average of around 83%. Integrations cover CRMs, CMSs and shop systems including Shopify, Shopware and WooCommerce. A free Lite plan is capped at 250 recipients and 1,000 emails a month, and paid plans are billed by recipient count or monthly sending volume.

CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG is registered at the CRASH Building in Rastede, Lower Saxony, with its commercial entry at the Amtsgericht Oldenburg. The company states that all customer data is stored on its own servers in Germany and the EU, and GDPR compliance and optional anonymisation of tracking data are central to how it describes the product. It says it has been in the market for more than 15 years, and backs the product with a help centre, ticket and phone support and email marketing seminars.
