Business overview

Brevo is a customer platform that puts marketing and sales in one account: email campaigns, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, transactional messaging, live chat and chatbots, plus a CRM and sales pipeline. Campaigns are assembled in a drag-and-drop editor with ready-made templates, and audiences are segmented with web tracking and no-code automation rules rather than manual lists.

Sending is the core — transactional email, marketing email, SMS and WhatsApp, backed by deliverability tooling and a template editor — and the surrounding tools cover loyalty, mobile wallets, VoIP phone, meeting booking and a chatbot. Aura, Brevo's AI layer, adds agents for campaign creation, contact and account enrichment, sales email drafting, plain-language data analysis and chat summarisation. Brevo reports 600,000 customers worldwide, ships in six languages, and keeps a free tier that does not expire.

The company is the trading name of Sendinblue, founded in 2012 by Armand Thiberge and headquartered in Paris, where it is registered at 17 rue de Salneuve as a French simplified joint-stock company. It now employs more than 1,000 people across group entities in France, Germany, Austria, the United States, Canada and India, and holds B Corp and EcoVadis certification.
