Mailjet is an email delivery platform that handles both marketing campaigns and transactional email from one account. Sending runs through a REST API, an SMTP relay or a drag-and-drop campaign editor, so developers can wire it into an application while marketers build and send campaigns from the same workspace, sharing templates and contacts between the two halves of the product.

The service reports 100,000+ customers and ships SDKs for PHP, Python, Node and other languages, webhooks for real-time email event tracking and a sandbox mode for testing before going live. Feature coverage includes segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing on subject lines and content, a preference center, landing pages, a form builder with double opt-in, subaccounts for separate brands or client accounts, and a templating language in the editor stack. Sending runs on infrastructure the company describes as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified, in EU-based data centres under a 99.99% SLA, with dedicated IP addresses, domain authentication, inbox previews and address validation. Pricing starts at a free tier of 6,000 emails a month, with paid plans from $9 a month; listed prices exclude French VAT.

Mailjet was founded in 2010 and describes itself as a global company with deep European roots, with staff spread across Paris, Atlanta, Munich and Chicago. It is proprietary, vendor-hosted software rather than something a customer can self-host, and the company states that it follows GDPR, CAN-SPAM and CASL.
