Factorial is an all-in-one business management platform that puts HR and payroll, time and planning, talent, finance and IT management in one product. Plans start at $8 per user per month and every one includes Factorial Core: employee directory, onboarding and offboarding, payslip distribution, bulk document sending, legal e-signature and fillable PDFs. Extra modules are picked per company, and the company builds a tailored plan around what is chosen.

The module set covers time off with custom absence types and validation rules, time tracking for compliance with working-hours rules, and shift management. On the talent side it offers 360 performance reviews, competency tracking, recruitment and training. Finance modules handle project time and expenses, centralised expense and purchase approval workflows, vendor management and SaaS management that surfaces unused licences and deprovisions accounts during offboarding. IT management covers devices and equipment with role-based kits, multi-OS MDM with zero-touch provisioning and remote lock, wipe and reset, and endpoint detection and response deployed at enrolment. More than 16,000 companies in over 65 countries use it, and it connects to other systems through a marketplace of integrations or a custom build on its open API.

Factorial was founded in 2016 in Barcelona, where it is headquartered, and sells to companies of any size across HR, finance and management roles: HR leaders, CFOs, managers and employees each get their own view. It speaks of its own product as business management software rather than a single HR tool, with an assistant that answers questions about the data the team already keeps in the platform.
